Mr Kevin Snook - Chairman

Kevin is a corporate finance specialist / engineer with over 20 years experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisition, private equity and venture capital. Kevin is based in Niagara, Canada.

Nick Archibald

Dr Nick Archibald - Chief Executive Officer

Nick has a PhD in Geology from the University of Western Australia, and is recognised as one of Australia's leading structural geology consultants. He has extensive experience in applying advanced geological techniques to solve complex problems in exploration and mining. Nick is based in Perth, Western Australia.

Mike Etheridge

Dr Michael Etheridge - Director

Mike is an Adjunct Professor in Mineral Exploration at Macquarie University, Sydney, NSW. He has served as chairman of a number of private companies and government boards over the past ten years. He is an expert in mineral exploration risk and value analysis and management. Mike is based in Sydney, Australia.

Mr Chris Falck- Director

Chris is the Director of Research for Sun Valley Gold. His background is in public accounting, where he qualified in 1985 as a chartered accountant in England and Wales, with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand, London, England. Mr Falck is a CFA charterholder.

Mr George Ireland- Director

George is the portfolio manager of the Geologic Resource Funds. He has over twenty-five years experience in the resource sector. He graduated from Phillips Academy and the University of Michigan with BSc degrees in Resource Economics and Geology. George also serves on the Board of Directors of Uranium Resources Inc. and Peru Copper Inc.
